Martinez, GA – Susan Gail Anderson, 70, entered into rest Sunday, August 23, 2026.

Susan was born in Tacoma, WA. She retired as a registered nurse and was a member of First Baptist Church of Augusta.

Family members include her mother: Elli Anderson; son: Justin Hayes; brother: David Anderson (Eva); and many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father, Vernice Anderson. 

The funeral service will be held Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Philip Hedgecoth officiating. Interment will be private.
