Peggy Jane Floyd

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Monday, August 17, 2026, Peggy Jane Floyd, 83, loving wife of the late Edward Floyd. She was the daughter of the late Allen Baxley Andrews and Hilda Leckie Huff.

A native of Augusta, GA, Peggy was of the Baptist faith. She was a retired accountant for International Paper.

Family members include her sons: Douglas Parham and Barry Parham (Lynn); eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings: Francie Miller (Jack) and Sonny Huff; and kitty cats: Dubi and Ally.

In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her sister Nancy Farr and brother Allen Andrews.

The memorial service will be held Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. at the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Mark Brazell officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
