AUGUSTA, GA. – Entered into rest Saturday, June 5, 2010, Mrs. Martha W. Cooney, 63, wife of Mr. William J. Cooney.
Mrs. Cooney was a native and lifelong resident of Augusta. She retired as a bank teller from C & S Bank.
Family members in addition to her husband include her son: William J. Cooney IV of Fort Colby, CO; daughter: Sarah Catherine Cooney of Stockbridge, GA; and two grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
