Augusta, GA – Entered into rest Sunday, July 5, 2009, John M. Congleton, 41, husband of Tonya Sprouse Congleton.
Mr. Congleton was an architect working with Chris Booker Construction, a member of Columbia County Sheriffs Auxiliary Unit, the current President of Architects Institute of America, and a charter member of Evans Lions Club.
Family members in addition to his wife include twin sons: Jacob and Michael Congleton; parents: Cary and Mallory Congleton of Martinez; brother: Robert Congleton and wife Michelle of Augusta; niece: August Congleton of Augusta.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son with Rev. Donald C. Prosser officiating.
The family request that donations be made for his children’s fund.
