Jeffery Karl Badke

Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Monday August 10, 2026, Jeffery Karl Badke, 70, loving husband of Shirley Badke.

Jeff Badke was a faithful member of First Baptist Church, where he served as a greeter and was a member of the George Perkins Sunday School Class. He also served as the cameraman for the 8:30 a.m. worship service and participated in Men in Mission. Jeff will be remembered for his faithful service, kindness, and dedication to his church family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his wife, his family members include his son: Joe Badke (Courtney); grandchildren: Timmy Lambert and Chris Badke; brothers: Ken Badke (Janice) and Mike Badke (Anne): doggies: George and Graci; and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Lois Badke, and his son, Christopher Badke.

The funeral service will be held Friday August 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Augusta in the Storey Chapel with Dr. Will Dyer officiating. Interment will follow the service in the First Baptist Garden.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Burn Foundation of America or First Baptist Church of Augusta.

The family will receive friends on Friday, August 14, 2026, one hour prior to the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the church.
