Henrietta T. Marks
Martinez, GA – Henrietta Toole Edwards Marks, widow of Morris S. Marks, died December 31, 2022. She was predeceased by her three brothers: Emery Estus Toole, Johnnie Odell Toole, and Robert Ladson Toole; and also Jack Mayo Edwards.
Survivors are her daughter, Cheryl Anne Edwards Gorman (Michael) and her son Bernard Andrew Edwards (Sherri); two stepsons, David L. Marks (Leah) and Samuel B. Marks (Lisa); her sister-in-law, Billie Jean Toole; granddaughters, Lilly Michelle Gorman and Kelley Ann Edwards Flynn (Michel), Miriam Marks, Shoshana Marks, and Batsheva Marks; and grandson, Matthew Cole Shirley (Lori). She is also survived by great grandchildren Madeleine H. E. Flynn, Connor J.R. Flynn, Matthew Reid Shirley, and Mason Ridge Shirley.
A memorial service will be held Sunday, January 15, 2023, at 3:00 P.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son Funeral Directors.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, P.O. Box 22324, New York, New York 10087.
