Evans, GA – Entered into rest on Thursday, March 30, 2023, Edwin “Rusty” Wade, 83, husband of Wilma D. Wade.
Family members in addition to his wife include his children: Julie Lynn Wade (Laura Brown), Lori Ann Patterson, Jamie DeAnn Zachry (Michael); and his grandchildren: Jesse Wade Patterson (Savannah Pennington), Maybre Olivia Zachry, and Hagen Ray Zachry (Jayme). He is predeceased by his parents: Cleo and Eva Wade; and his siblings: Juanita Dametz (Carl), Choletta Morrow (Raymond), and Bill Wade (MaryAnn).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Comfort Farms A Healing Place for Veterans, www.stagvetsinc.org or to a charity of your choosing.
The memorial service will be held Monday, April 3, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Thomas Poteet & Son.
