Edward James "Ned" Jones

July 9, 1938 – October 17, 2026

Ned passed away on October 17, 2026, at the age of 88. Though he will be deeply missed by those who loved him, there is comfort in knowing that he has been reunited with his beloved wife, Mabel, who preceded him in death in 2023.

Ned’s memory will live on through the family who loved him and the generations that follow. He is survived by his son, James, and daughter-in-law, Kristen; his grandchildren, Bryan, Emily (Brendan), James (Rebekka), Caroline, and William; and his great-grandchildren, Rylen, Mason, Marilyn, Nora and Lia. He is also survived by his brother, Richard (Irene) Jones and his sister, Harriet Thompson.

Ned leaves behind a family who will continue to cherish his memory and hold close the love and connection they shared. Though his passing brings sadness, his life remains a lasting part of the family he helped shape, and his memory will be carried forward by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

May he rest peacefully, reunited with Mabel, and may those who loved him find comfort in the memories they hold dear.
