Benjamin Hilton Reese, Jr.

McCormick, SC – Entered into rest on Thursday, August 13, 2026, Benjamin Hilton Reese, Jr., 83, loving husband of 60 years to Patrica Reese.

An Augusta native, Mr. Reese proudly retired from Procter & Gamble after 30 years as a mechanic. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, who was affectionately known as “Granddad.” In his spare time, Mr. Reese enjoyed hunting, watching sports, cheering on the Bulldogs, and following the Atlanta Braves. He leaves behind many cherished memories and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his beloved wife, Pat, Mr. Reese is survived by his daughter: Stephanie McDaniel (Trent); son: Benjamin Hilton “Ben” Reese III (Alicia); grandchildren: Mason McDaniel (Amanda) and Ally McDaniel.

The graveside service will be held Monday, August 17, 2026, at Westover Memorial Park at 11:00 am.
