Augusta, GA – Entered into rest on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, Anne Jeanne Linder Collins, 85, loving wife of the late Joseph Rufus Collins.

Anne Jeanne Linder Collins passed away peacefully, leaving behind a legacy of faith, love, and devotion to her family. A devoted Christian, Anne loved the Lord and lived her life with kindness and compassion.

She enjoyed life's simple pleasures, including watching the Hallmark Channel, cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, listening to Elvis Presley and Dolly Parton, gardening, and caring for all animals—especially cats. She also loved taking cruises and spending time at home.

Anne's greatest joy was her family. She dearly loved her grandchildren and was a devoted wife who lovingly cared for her husband for many years. She also shared a special bond with her brothers, with whom she spoke every day.

She will be remembered for her gentle heart, unwavering faith, and the love she gave so freely to everyone around her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished.

Family members include her children: Sara Collins-Maloney and Joseph Rufus Collins, Jr.; grandchildren: Sara Elizabeth Peterson, Hannah Lauren Peterson, Kelsie Morgan Collins, Emma Grace Maloney, and Wyatt Rufus Collins.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Emory Linder, Jr.
