Alton "Woody" Wood
Hephzibah, GA – Entered into rest on Saturday, April 2, 2022, Mr. Alton “Woody” Eugene Wood, 81, loving husband of 58 years to Willie S. Wood.
Mr. Wood was a native of Gravelly, AR but has lived in Hephzibah since 1973. He retired to this area after 20 years of service in the United States Army.
He and Willie had two children, Anne and Carole, and their families and children.
The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, 4899 Belfort Rd., Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32256.
There will be no service.
